Global Entrepreneurship Summer School - Mexico City

Solve the Global Food Challenge!

Project Description:

Join our Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (GESS) either in Munich, Shanghai or Mexico City and experience a unique 7-day program where you will solve a global challenge! This year’s GESS focuses on the topic of “Food”.GESS is a joint initiative of Munich’s four university entrepreneurship centers organized by the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie in cooperation with Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) and Tongji University (China) and supported by the global partner SAP Foundation.Based on the claim “billion dollar projects to foster societal change” we train students to contribute to sustainable change in the dimension of a billion. We encourage students from all over the world to develop innovative solutions that can meet the world’s biggest challenges in a sustainable manner. At GESS, you will work in international and interdisciplinary teams to develop ideas that present both a sustainable impact on society and a self-sustaining, profitable business model. Over the course of 7 days, you will learn about entrepreneurship, develop your own sustainable business ideas and build a long-lasting network of talented and international friends. A series of interactive lectures by renowned entrepreneurs will inform the project work and provide complementary knowledge (e.g., business planning or topic-specific issues). Throughout GESS, your team will be partnered with a coach who will provide you with feedback and assistance on your project and business plan and assist you with any technical questions.

Join us at one of our three locations and apply until April, 17th:
